Design Concept:
The design for this quilt grew out of a series of doodles and pencil
sketches on the theme of fantasy feathers. It is the first quilt
I made in this long thin format. All of the fabrics in the quilt
are from the "Gradations" collection which I designed
for Benartex. The machine quilting was done with many different
colors of polyester top-stitching thread.
