Design
Concept
This is one of a long series of miniature quilts I have made. It was one of my first experiments with ink jet printing on fabric. The center panel is my original photograph of the day lilies that grew under the fence at our home in Oswego, Illinois. The border is a fabric that I painted with dye. The quilting extends the lines from the photograph out into the border. |
