Classroom Requirements

with digital presentation, sewing machines, and irons

Preferred Classroom Table Setup

• I will be using a digital projector and computer. If a digital projector is available for us to use at your facility, please let me know. Otherwise I will bring my own projector.
  
  
  You will need to provide:
• Space with lights that can be dimmed easily for showing digital images.   They will not show up if the room is brightly lit.
• Screen, large foam core board, or blank white wall for showing digital images.
• Projector stand
• Two-three tables for demonstrations and display of work.
• Table space with enough room for each student to work at a sewing machine, with a large cutting board and iron next to it.
• Room must have adequate lighting and ventilation.

• Room must have adequate outlets and electrical capacity to support sewing machines and at least one iron for every two students.
