Learn the secrets of drawing and piecing graceful curves
like the ones in "Messenger
#2" and "Birds
of a Different Color ". Caryl demonstrates her
fast, easy and accurate method for piecing the curves in her quilts,
and shows you how to design and piece your own, original, curved design
wall quilt.
Supplies Needed:
FABRIC
Fabric: must be 100% cotton
Minimum: one "fat quarter" each of the following:
- Black or other dark color
- Gray or other medium color
- White or other light color
- You will also want a variety of other fabrics from which to choose.
Large amounts of any one fabric will not be needed. Bring a selection,
and be sure to include light, dark values. Fabrics can be solid,
print or painted. Large busy, high contrast prints or large geometric
patterns may be more difficult to work with for your first project.

Space permitting, Caryl will bring some of her fabric to sell in the class.
